I accedently connected my soughters spotify account to my FB. No my Spotify is lost!!!

Somehow, I had my FB account opened and My doughters Spotufy opened. I tried to help her connect spotify with FB. When I then tried to login to my Spotify, the account no longer excist, but on my mobile it works! I tried to login to my Spotify with my FB account insted of my Spotifyaccount and then I come to my doughters spotifyaccount.

How can I change it back??? I tried to have her FB account opened and her spotify opened and do a manual connection with FB, but get the message that it is already connected..... Pleas HELP!!!
