I add my brother in the spotify Family Premium but doesn't work ... he's account is still in Spotify Free.
I already check if he give me the right email, reinvite him, but still doesn't work...

Also, are they seeing Free or Premium at https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/?

Hi! The same thing is happening to my boyfriend's account. I added him and we live in the same address, but when he clicks the link and fill out the form it has appeared two different errors. I tried to cancel the first invitation and then re-send a new one but it still ends in the same problem. 1. "You cannot enter this Family Premium Account. Need help?" and 2. "It was not possible to enter in this Family Premium Account.". What can I do?

Thanks for letting us know that you're experiencing the same thing, here.
To check, have you gone over the steps with your boyfriend at this link?
We'd also suggest for him to try logging out, back in, and trying a clean reinstall.
Then, check if he's showing as Free or Premium at this link.
If you're still having issues getting him signed up to the plan after all of this, perhaps you should try getting in contact with us directly, or by tweeting our support handle. We'll be able to help you both out further by taking a look under the hood at his account.
