Yesterday I made my payment in oxxo and until now I do not get premiun. what should I do?

Have you upgraded to Premium, but can’t make use of any Premium features or are still hearing ads?

Try this

LOG OUT AND BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT 

Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system.

Didn’t work?

YOU MIGHT HAVE ANOTHER ACCOUNT 

It's possible to create more than one account with us, so you might have upgraded a different one to Premium. Check out our guide to find any other accounts.

 

 

SUBSCRIBE WITH A 3RD PARTY?

Check with the company managing your subscription to see if it's been successfully activated with them.
