I am a premium custumer, why is I login as a Free.

I am a premium custumer, why is I login as a Free.

Hello 

I pay for premium but when I login it says Free, Why? And I get commersials, fix this immediatly.

Hey @gunfhager,

 

Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't see it in the app.

 

    • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
    • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Hey! Many People have the same Problem.

Here are some reasons why it does not work:

 

- You are logged in to many different Accounts.

- It takes a bit that the payment is received

- Spotify takes too long to give you Premium

 

You can check your subscription page. Your Status should be Premium.
