I am being charged twice after country change

I am being charged twice after country change

Hello Spotify Support,
I was living in Brazil 4 months ago and now I am living in Spain. Since I got here, I changed the country and the payment to my new Spanish credit card, however I am still being charged in my Brazilian credit card too.
How can we have it fixed?

Hi. Well it seems that they´re double charging you. I guess you deleted the old payment method from brazil right?.

 

So, You need to contact spotify directly for fixing this: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ . Fill the form with your problem description and if you get a noreply mail, just answer it anyway. They take up to 24-48 hrs to answer.
