Hey,

Today I started my Spotify free trial. It is supposed to be free for 30 days. Somehow I paid 1 lira through my debit card. Why is that?

I think that Spotify checked your credit card details by withdrawing 1 lire.

You should get a refund for the lire that was charged. They do that as a way to verify your credit card.
