I am currently paying for Spotify Premium monthly but when I look at my account it should be free

I am currently paying for Spotify Premium monthly but when I look at my account it should be free

I'm want to cancel the monthly direct payment as I have since bought a new mobile phone which offers Premium for free. I'd like Spotify Support to contact me directly as I can supply the details showing on my bank statement if necessary to locate the correct account. I suspect maybe I have 2 accounts but can only find one, which is the one saying I'm on Spotify free. Please help.

Hey @Drummond1, help's here. 

 

We suggest that you check out this help article if you suspect you have your Premium subscription on another account. The steps might help you locate it, access it, and cancel the subscription

 

After that, you can transfer your playlists with this workaround, if needed, and talk to your mobile provider about the offer again.
