I am having issues logging in to my account.

I can;t login on my computer and I can only login on my phone when there is no internet connection. I don't have access to the email that I started the account with. I am a premium member and do not want to spend money on an account I can not use. How do I solve this problem?

I had to start this account just to have access to the community because finding support was proving difficult. To be clear it is my other account that I wantto have access to.
