I am locked out of my Spotify account because of the Spotify Support now

I am locked out of my Spotify account because of the Spotify Support now

 

Why can I not access my account now after using the support line for Spotify? They locked my account and this is**bleep** after I pay for premium and the service they lock me out of my own account. The Spotify Support line locked me out of my own account now, I am so upset with Spotify.

Are you really running iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9& Macbook Pro late 2016? All of the complaining messages include these 3 devices. 

 

On my assumption; have you ever received a mail that wants you to change your password on any platform in this week?
