I am not able to change countries in my account, so i can't update payment

I am not able to change countries in my account, so i can't update payment

I moved countries. Permanently.
I need to update payment method.
The new card entered is not allowed because it does not match my existing profile's country (which is my former country of residence)
I then try to change country via My Profile / Account, but the country selection option is greyed out and unaccessible for modification.

My premium family subscription is at risk of being cancelled due to this, any help with this is much appreciated.

Hey there,


Thanks for reaching out.


In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.


Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in the country you're currently in at Please keep in mind that you'll need to invite all members of the Premium Family plan again.
