I am not able to change my email-adres

I am not able to change my email-adres

Hi,

I am not able to change my email-adres. Once I logged in with Facebook and I have changed my email-adres 2 months ago. But now they use my old email-adres of Facebook instead of my new email-adres. I can't change it, because they say I have to do that on Facebook, but on Facebook they say it is already my new email-adres.

Can you please help me or do I have to message Facebook?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and logging out then back into your account. If the problem persists, try unlinking and relinking your Facebook account; please follow these instructions to do so:

 

  1. Open the Spotify desktop app.
  2.  In the top-right corner, click Icon_Arrow_down.png  Settings.
  3. Under Social, click DISCONNECT FROM FACEBOOK.
  4. Click CONNECT TO FACEBOOK.
  5. Enter your Facebook details and click Log In.

If you don't see the option to disconnect from Facebook, it’s likely you created your account through Facebook instead of only linking to it. In this case, you will need to give the Spotify customer support team a shout from here. They should be able to help resolve this issue.
