I am trying to change my email and it will not let it verify

I am trying to change my email and it will not let it verify

I change my email on the website and then I get the link but once I click the verify link it says this did not work send again. This has been going on about five times now.

Hey @ 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

In addition to what @Jose_M mentioned, have you tried to change your email from the account again (to a different one), just to be sure? In some cases it might also help to clear your broswer's cache (but using incognito mode is also temporary option to see if cache might be the issue).
