I am with spark and have premium but I can't access premium in spotify app

I have spark premium for spotify but cannot access my playlist or premium?

Same here, I registered with Spark for Spotify Premium, and it switched my account to a Spotify Premium account to being paid by Spark. Only thing is I've just discovered that I am still being charged by Spotify, so I canceled my payment and now I'm back on free Spotify.  This sounds like its a Spark issue

But when I go to sign up with spark I'm already premium and it says register another phone

Ugh same! This just happened to my spotify I'm so pissed I think it might be a spark issue, everytime I go to sign up again it says I already have!!!

Hi I just had the same issue, you have to go to http://www.spark.co.nz/getspotify and you will be texted a code, enter the code then sign in with spotify and you will have premium
