I bought a spotify gift card to a friend but she can't use it ...

Hello,

I just bought a gift card from the spotify website and my friend says that she can not use it in her country, she lives in France and i live in Belgium, how was i supposed to know that it won't work ?Nothing was written about this when i bought it and these are two country from Europe and nothing was writtent about this when i bought the gift card. I'am so disappointed. Anyway, what can i do to get her code working ? Can you send me a "french code" in exchange of the other one by e-mail or refund me ?
