I have bought the .99c for 3months premium on Spotify only to be notified that I am 'on a similar plan already' even though this is my first time buying anything from this site. It then said I wouldn't be charged ALTHOUGH I WAS CHARGED. I didn't know this until the third time, I tried three times and it came up with the same message each time. How stupid of me to believe that I wouldn't be charged. I have been charge 3 times and I have still not gotten ANY PREMIUM! IT STILL SAYS I AM ON A FREE SUBSCRIPTION. I want my money back or my subscription. This is a joke. I also couldn't find where to email you on a customer service so this was the only platform available to lodge my complaint.

This is exactly what's happened to me aswell!! I have been trying to find somewhere to contact Spotify directly but as you said this is the only platform. So frustrating!
