Hey can you check if you received any receipt email? You can also check your Account Overview if it's showing Premium or Free - https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

i have pay for premium

Hi,

I have same problem.

I paid 3 months premium, and i dont have it.

 

I dont get any email.

From the support page, you can try:

  1. Log out and back into your account again.
  2. Reinstall the Spotify app, following these steps.

Occasionally it’s necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account information system.

 

Also, can you check if the payments went through or are only showing as pending charges?
