I can not add a family member

Hi!

We subscribed to spotify family on january for 4 members. Now with the new spotify family we can have 6 members for 8.99. I want to add the fifth account but when I write the email address I get an error message.
Can someone tell me what should I do?

Intenta mandarle tu mismo el link que se crea en INVITAR A UN FAMILIAR MEDIANTE UN ENLACE, en lugar de sea el sistema quien mande el correo.

 

Varias personas han reportado que asi si funciona.
