I can not change my password because I do not have email

I can not add an email to my sportify account; because spotify wrongly added the information from my facebook; according to them I was born in 2004 and they also say that I do not have mail! I modified my facebook account very well so it does not have errors with spotify .. I need your help. I can not change the password to my account because I need an email linked to my account ... thanks for reading.

It seems like your account was created through Facebook. In these cases, the account information can't be modified through our website. To get your details udpated, head over to your Facebook profile settings and update the date of birth registered on your account and the email address. These changes are usually reflected from our end after a couple of days.

We'd still suggest heading over to your Facebook profile settings and updating:

1) the email address
2) the date of birth registered on your account

Once that's done through Facebook, it should reflect on our side soon after.

Have you already done this through Facebook? If so, can you see the right info when logging in to Spotity on the site, and can you use the password reset link effectively now?
