I can not login on mobile

my mobile use  Android Pie 

I can login in my spotify account in the PC  without problems.  but  when I try to login on my mobile  I can not login .  and show this message:  " This email and password combination is incorrect "

please help  😞   to login with mobile is necessary other password  ? I dont know what think 🤔

As a first step i would suggest following this troubleshooting page's steps.

In contains all possible reasons and option when you encounter a failure while trying to log in.

However, in most cases where a user can log into one device but not the other it means they're entering the wrong account credentials.

Therefore, please use this help page to locate all account details listed on your name or mail and make sure you're logged in with the right one on both devices.
