I can not recover my password because my email account is expired

How can I recover my password if I have no access to my initial email account (the account that I used a long time ago when I first installed Spotify)??

I have a premium account and I have no access now because I forgot my password and I deleted my credentials in my PC.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to reset your password for you after verifying a few private details to prove account ownership.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I hope they can help me... my father can not access to his spotify premium account and he is nervous becaus he use it every day.
