I can´t Cancel Premium

I can´t Cancel Premium

Hi, i bought premium for my sister a couple of days ago and she don´t want it. I tried to go to subscriptions on the website as the guide says but i can´t follow any more because there is no way to continue as its there no button to cancel the subscription.

 

Anyone knows how to do it? Thank you

Hey @Beastyy,

 

First of all, did you sign up for a 7 day trial? If so you wouldn't have had to put in any card details. Your subscription will expire in a few days and you'll revert to a Free account (with no charge).

If however you remember putting your credit card details into the Spotify website, then you may have two accounts. Check your email inboxes for a confirmation email from Spotify to determine which one's linked to your Premium account.

Finally, how much are you charged each month? If you signed up via iTunes by paying within the app you will be charged 12.99 rather than 9.99. Please cancel that payment via Apple.

Hi, i paid for 1 year with my credit card, she was using the free version. Id logging with the account and put the credit card details on it, i need to check her mail even though. But its not updated

And she has her facebook account connected to spotify

Are you logging in with FB/email address + password? Try logging in with username + password.

 

Also, did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? If yes, the email will tell you what your Spotify username is:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx
