I can't activate my premium account :( What do I do?

I payed using my debt/atm card and I was notified that it has already been charged but I still cant activate my acct. I already reinstalled and did the usuall measure but still nothing 😞

Can you try checking your Account page? Also try another logout:login
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts.

If all that still isn't working then contact support as Matt suggests.
