I can't believe what I'm reading

Solved!

I can't believe what I'm reading

So, I've been kicked out / logged out from the account that I've held for years, many years.

My username: [snip - Community Moderator edit]
My password: not accepted when trying to log in

I no longer use the Facebook account or email from when I signed up years ago. Premium subscriber, with no way to re-access my account. I've hundreds of saved playlists/artists/friends there.
What am I supposed to do now??? I've had to create a new free account to post this. I'm really angry, why was I logged out in the first instance?? I use Spotify on all my devices. So annoying

Answers please

Hey, @user-removed

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear that, but you can recover your account, just contacting the Customer Support. Probably they'll ask you some information to get back your account. Hope that you can take back it.

Best Regards,

Thanks, but I need to talk to a mod or someone connected with spotify (unlike my account) I'm tired of trawling through that online help (not helpful at all) site. Can't find anything there that helps me at all.

Hey again, @user-removed

The link that I sent to you will take you along to an online chat where you'll be able to talk to someone and try to recover your account. Just follow the steps:

  1. Go to the Customer Support page here.
  2. Select the option "Logging in".
  3. And then select "I can't log in".
  4. Tap "I still need help" button.
  5. Fill the form and then you be guided to a chat page.

Let me know if you could be in touch with the Support.

If you need more info or have any other questions, let me know! I'd love to help!

Best Regards,
hezorg

Hey @user-removed,

Thanks for getting back in touch with this info!

We'd recommend giving it a fresh try in an incognito or private window in your browser. If that doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest trying in a different device or internet connection.

If you're still having troubles, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you see or at what point you see this error message so we can take a closer look.

We'll be keeping an eye out for your reply 🙂

Have a lovely day!
