I can't cancel my subscription. (Incorrect password)

I can't cancel my subscription. (Incorrect password)

Hello all,

 

I'm having this problem where I can't cancel my subscription because it says it is an incorrect password,  I have triple checked and more that it is not an incorrect password and have even logged on with on the my two browsers and I've tried logging onto the PC app. So I know exactly that I am not entering a wrong pass.Could anybody help me perhaps fix this problem, would gladly appreciate that.

Can you try logging in with your e-mail if you are using a username, or username if you are trying to log in with an e-mail?

 

Did you fix it? I am having the same issue
