I can't cancel my subscription

My Question or Issue

I can't cancel my subscription. I think something's wrong with the webpage. I logged in then in the option bar, it doesn't show the account preview option, subcribtion option and other options. In the pictures,  the white option bar is empty. Maybe you can help me know what is wrong
