I can't change country and update payment method

I need update payment method and country (I moved to another country). I have premium.
According to your manual: Open Settings -> Plan -> Update Payment
I use Paypal as a new payment method. After login to paypal and submit payment system says that the country is deferent!
Your manuals don't work. To change country i need update payment method. I can't update payment method because it's from different country! this is nonsense.
Looks like you have bug somewhere.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

The way to change the country before changing the payment method, so the new payment method matches the country, is to cancel the current subscription and then wait for it to expire. Once the account has reverted to free, you'll be able to change the country settings to the country you're currently residing in.
