I was changing living country to Czech republic, but in my profile is still Slovakia. I just paid for spotify family with my czech credit card, premium was activated corectly but my country stays still Slovakia.
When i was paying there was a question if i want to change my country, because i use czech credit card. I confirmed it and nothing happens. Due to this problem I can´t invite my family members to spotify family.
All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
