I can't change my password nor e-mail address

Hi,

I want to change my password for my Spotify account, but I can't, there is no place where I can change it.

Also, the e-mail address it grayed out and I can't change it.

It says that I have to use my Facebook account for that, but I don't have a Facebook account anymore and I don't want to create one. 

Can someone please help me? Thank you!
