I can’t change the country on my account

I can’t change the country on my account

Hi everyone, I can’t change the country on my account, because now I’m living in Italy and I’m supposed to change the credit card information with the Italian one but then it tell me that the country and the payment method are not matched since the country settled is France... Can someone help me? Thanks!

Hey @Martina12, welcome to the community!

 

To update the country on your account, you first need to head to your Account page, and click Subscription > Update. Once you enter your new payment details, it should then ask you to update the account's country, and the change will be queued for your next billing date.

 

If you're getting an error before this process is done, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser.

 

As a last resource, you can cancel the current subscription, and you'll be able to update the country, and resubscribe with your new payment method when the account goes back to Free.
