I can't change the email on my account, the option isn't showing up.

My Question or Issue:

The Google account attached to my Spotify account has been suspended. While it hasn't stopped me from using anything yet, I would like to change the email on my Spotify to another one that is not suspended. I quickly found instructions telling me to go to my profile, then to go to edit and go under email and change it. There's just one problem. When I go to my profile and click edit, the only thing there is my profile picture and username. It doesn't have any other information or anything about an email. It might be because I am on mobile, but I only have this Google account on my phone so I cannot use another device, I likely couldn't add it to another device either given it is suspended.
