I can't complete GET ACCESS For Artists website

Hi,

I can't complete registration to GET ACCESS to Spotify For Artists. I get to the second page (Personal Details) then fill our the page correctly and click NEXT (bottom right hand corner) and nothing happends.. I am not taken to a new page at all the original page sits as if i never even Clicked next. 

I have tried restarting my computer, and using a different web browser but still no change. 

I need to get access to this account ASAP so I can adjust the profile and get it fully set to look more professional and fuctioning to our desire.

I have the same issue. Tried with Firefox, Safari and Chrome on Mac.
