I can't do anything on my Spotify for Artists account. please, help me!! 

as  you can see I can't add or remove any team 😞

Welcome and Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Would you mind restarting your device? Or using a different browser, like firefox, brave, etc.

Would you also try using a different device of yours? Like a Windows/Mac, iPhone/Samsung, or iPad?

If the issue persists, even after following the troubleshooting steps provided by @Joel-M, you can also try accessing that page on incognito/private window of your browser.
