I can't download any music.

I can't download any music.

Even though, I logged of all devices, I can't download any music on my android smartphone and my windows laptop. The program shows me, that I've reached the maximum numbers of devices, which can use the download.

Could you try to use the Sign Out Everywhere tool on your account overview page just to make sure you're logged out of all your devices, please?

After doing this, please try to download content on your device, again. You can also find more information about downloads here in this support article:
