I can't enter to my Spotify premium account

I subscribe to Spotify premium in my home country Ecuador but I am living in Italy since January and I was listening to my songs without problems but last week Spotify premium didn't rinnovate because I didn't have money in my App Store, so I put 20 dollars to make my Spotify premium account work again but now I can't enter to my account. I am traveling on Wednesday and I want this to work to listen to my musics while traveling.

Best to get in touch with the Support team either through the Contact form or send a DM to @SpotifyCares. They can also double-check what happened to the payment you've made on your account.
