I can't find a new profile. Is it because it's spotify free?

I created a profile for work, spotify free. When I search for it in my own private account it doesn't show up. What's wrong?

Thanks for reaching out.

Not all profiles can be directly found through Search, but if you know the exact username, you can enter it in Search like this:

spotify:user:example

Replace example with the actual username of the account 🙂
