I can't find any record of payment through my gift card

Hi

I bought a 3 month gift card and entered the codes, everything looked fine, but when I chaecked my account it was saying that the withdraw money next month again, meaning that the gift card that I succesfully entered was not counted as payment! any idea what do I have to do?

Try reentering the gift card if you still have it. If not try contacting the support team directly seen they will be better able to help you.
