I can't find my friend by his username

I can't find my friend by his username. His spotify username is BulentGermen. When i search for him spotify displays the message - No results found for "BulentGermen". How can we fix this? This is really important for us. If you can help that would be great!

You can find this user by typing spotify:user:bulentgermen into the search bar.

This is not how it is. When i search for my name i can find it with out typing any "spotify" or "user".

The search feature does not show all profiles, only some. It really depends on a few things such as popularity etc.
