My Question or Issue

Hello, I have some problems with my spotify account (payment was taken regularly). I usually find my artists, albums, songs, playlists, etc. under library. I listened to music as usual, wanted to go back to my library and suddenly there was nothing left in my library. The design/division also looks different (I try to upload some screenshots to show you the difference of how the library used to look and how it looks now). Now I only have a few playlists and one that calls itself favorite songs. I think that all the songs I have ever stored seem to be in that one playlist, but I can not access my artists, nor songs, etc. Even songs that I save now ,after the problem occured, only appear in this one playlist. But nothing is added under artists, albums, titles etc. Do you have any idea what the reason could be? I really hope you can help me. Ps: I also logged in to the laptop to see if it's only a problem on my smartphone/app but there is also nothing left, not even a playlist.

On your laptop head to this site: https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/recover-playlists/

 

You'll need to sign in if you haven't already. Let me know if your playlists have been archived here.

Alternatively

1. Go here: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page

3. Click sign out of everywhere

4. Sign back in on a device and see if your library has reappeared.
