I can't get in family spotify

I am trying to get in family spotify but mail is not coming to me. I have opened my account with Facebook. Could that be the problem?

It doesn't matter if your account is created via Facebook or not. 🙂 Can you tell the admin of the plan to send you another invite?

If you still don't receive it on your email address, tell the admin to send it to another address. Maybe that'll work.
