I can't get my premium account activated

I can't get my premium account activated

I can't get my premium account activated, there is no comunication between bank and spotify. 

Sootify tells me it's my bank who is not aproving the charge and my bank says it's spotify who doesn't complete the transaction. Meanwhile I don't have my account working and I don't have my money back because it appears as a pending charge. I need a solution now please.

Hey @aespinog,

 

The pending charge is a part of your bank’s authorization process.

 

As the transaction(s) have not completed, you won't get billed. The authorization will expire and the funds will be returned shortly.
