I can't join in a Family Plan

I can't join in a Family Plan

I was premium for two years and then my family pay for the Family Plan, so I tried to join in but a window says i can´t because i´m joining now another one. I´ve checked my account and canceled any subscription i had (I found that i was paying since September another family plan on my own, and i canceled it at the moment).

When I click on the link that activates me the account it shows again the same window. I refresh but anything happens.

If you're also a Premium for Family administator at this very point, you would need to wait until your account reverts back to the Free tier.

This is because you still have remaining Premium for Family days left in your account.
