My Question or Issue

I've been a Premium member for years now with little to no issue. Recently I've noticed that I am unable to listen to any song by D.A.M.A and others artists. On iPhone it immediately turns off my music, on the desktop app I recieve the message, "This song is not available. If you have this file on your computer you can import it." And clicking on any of their songs on the web browser gives no result.

Their entire music catalogue appears as available for me, and my friends are still able to listen to the band using the service, so I'm positive that the issue is related to my specific account.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

This issue seems to be a zoning and/or licensing problem, however, if your friends are able to listen to it, that does not seem to be the issue. If possible, could you try to restart your app, or even uninstall/reinstall it? If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to reply.

Check to see if your friends are using a different device to listen to the artist, that may have something to do with it
