I can't listen to an artist but my friends can...

I can't listen to an artist but my friends can...

I can't listen to Yugo Kanno using my normal account... neither from the phone nor from the pc. In fact changing account with the same device allows me to listen to this artist. So it's not my device, but there's something with my account. I don't want to create a new one. What should I do?

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

If there's unavailable content to you that is available to other users in the same country, what i would suggest is the following :

 

1. Check the same content with the same account on different devices / network to see if changes

 

2. Visit your account overview page here, scroll down and click "Sign out everywhere" then log back in

 

3. Perform a clean reinstall of your app following the steps provided on this Spotify answer

Thanks but I've already tried with this "solution" and nothing changes... Anyway, I've copied my playlists on a second account, so I won't delete my normal account and I'll continue using the other one... Thanks again
