I can't log in aboard on my premium family account,

Hi, i Just started using a premium family account. We bought it When we were aboard, i am Now trying to log in on my account, But everytime it says i Cannot log in Because i can only use spotify for 14 says aboard. How can i log in eventho I'm Still aboard?

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Thanks for your help. Apparently I had to update the spotify app before i could log in.😔
