I can't log in into my Spotify account

I can't log in into my existing Spotify account. I tried to recover my password, but no letters arrived to my email. I have already tried several times and check all email folder, but still no letter for recovering sent from Spotify. And I can't login using my account credentials. From iOS version it's impossible at all to request password recovering. When I fill email field and press Get link button - error occurs
