I can't log in my Spotify..

It's not working if I try to log in to Spotify

There is  a "forgot your username/password?" option when you try to log in, if you know your email or username you can reset your account details that way. If not you could log in on another account and search for one of your public playlists as that will have your username attached to it and you can use that to reset your account. If neither of those work you may have to give up on your account and if it is a paid subscription cancel your payments by either conacting your payment method (paypal,bank,etc) or emailing spotify with the information you have.
