My Question or Issue

I can't log in to my Spotify account on my phone - it shows "something went wrong".

The web version is still fine on my computer. I've tried reinstalling the spotify app but it still doesn't work. I also tried the "logging in without password" option and they sent me a link to my email, but after clicking it said that the link was invalid although it didn't expire (I clicked the link as soon as it appeared in my email). 

 

Another thing is that I couldn't contact the Spotify customer support team either as it requires logging in. I tried logging in through the customer support website on my computer, and they sent me an email code. But when I input it, the website brings me back to the log in page like nothing happened. There weren't even any messages shown this time (unlike that on my phone). What's happening to my account? (Meanwhile, I can still access my Spotify account and play music on the website; it's just that I can't sign in on both the Spotify customer support page and the app on my phone)
