I can't log in on my account

I already have a Spotify account, it's been more than a week that I've been trying to log in. I'm putting everything correct but it keeps sending me back to log in
I am really upset because I haven't been able to listen to my music and I don't want to loose my saved songs.

That's not cool. Just to confirm, are you travelling outside the country? If that's the case, the info in here could help you out. Also, it's worth checking if you have two different accounts with these steps.

Fabian thank you so much! I just logged in on my account, right now I'm in Mexico I did now know I had to change the country thanks for the information you just made my day.
