I can’t log in to my account

I can’t log in to my account

I have changed my password twice and I still can’t log in. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I have tried everything and I can’t log in.

That doesn't sound cool.

Could you try to use your username instead of your email address in the login process to see if that helps?

That didn’t work either.


This happened to me as well in the past. 

Instead of trying and trying again to log in and reset my password, I just made a new account. I then searched up my old account and followed my old playlists or recreated similar playlists on the new account.
