I can't log in with my mail (google) address

When I log in with my Gmail, it says that they do not find that account. it also can't log in with my nickname, every time I log in i must change password ;\

when i try to login with my google account it says i dont have a google account connected when i acutually have an account connected called the ***SNIP[Moderator Edit]*** and tells me to sign up and when i do so it says you have a spotify account login, i try to login but it shows i dont have a spotify account on this email or google account. this is my econd spotify acc which i am currently using to search for help..

Welcome to the Community!

If you've created your account with your email address and password, you should be able to use that combination to log in. This is different that the option 'Log in with Google', as that will only work if you've created your Spotify account with Google log-in.

If this issue keeps happening, I'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app, following this guide. This process will assure that you're running the latest app version and that the app data and cache are completely cleared before reinstalling. Corrupted app files might cause such issues. 

Note that you should switch off any VPN, as that might be changing your IP address location, and in turn it prompts the app to enforce security measures, like changing your password.
